Artist's Description
Tower, Minnesota - Locomotive 1218 of the Duluth and Iron Range Railway. Beginning in 1883, the D&IR hauled iron ore to Lake Superior so it could be shipped to Great Lakes steel mills. The locomotive is in the Tower Train Museum.
