Marine City, Michigan - The Marine City lighthouse stands above the icy St. Clair River. Bitter cold has led to ice jams on the river and flooding in shoreline communities. The St. Clair River is the border between the U.S. and Canada; it drains the upper Great Lakes towards Lake St. Clair and on to Lake Erie.
